Susan,

I have a USB Acer 310U scanner that I just plugged in when Windows was
running.Windows recognized it right away and asked me for the driver disk
and I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. You need Win95 OSR2 or
Win98 for USB to work. The scanner only cost me $83, it scans great and it's
fast.
