Have one and it went in a Win3.11, Win95 ->95a then os/r and no problems.
The flash upgrade worked flawlessly and gives me a consistent 32.8 connect
to my ISP (a v90 i've played with only gives 40k on same machine/setup).
It's seems to be very resistant to noise, line troubles, and such. Can
coonect to a variety of modems and no strange settings needed to amke it
work. I'm a very satisfied Cardinal user.
