Did you receive an installation disk with the router?
If my memory serves me correctly, there was a link on my installation disk
(and a wizard which didn't seem to like my computer), which took me directly
to the website.
My router is a linksys, and  I am in England, so things may work slightly
differently, I'm not sure.
If not, do a search for the particular manufacturers website, and you should
be able to get some help there.
I'm running ME also, and I had slight trouble to start with.
