Terry,

Did you read the book which came with your computer?  It will explain
each of the features and functions in your CMOS settings.

I'm not familiar with that particular phrasing, but my guess is that
this is probably a "green" feature that lets your PC go in to a low
power consumption stand-by mode.  (sort of like an instant-on TV)
