Many of us have heard that Intel Celeron 300A cpu's are overclockable.

I have additionally heard that the "Malay version" of this cpu is
of much higher quality than a "Costa Rica version", hence more
stable for overclocking.

Can anyone confirm/deny this? Are there other relevant countries
of manufacture?

Is there anyone out there who has, say, generally followed the
guidelines (such as Bill Cohane's very helpful "Celeron 300 and Abit BH6
..." at www.nospin.com) for OC'ing this cpu with Abit BH6 or BX6R2 and
good PC100 SDRAM and found the system to be unstable with cpu running at
450 mhz or less? If so, I'd appreciate knowing if you have a "Malay" or
a "Costa Rica" or ?, and maybe what memory, OS you're running, etc.
