In control panel you have an icon for Desktop Themes. Use that and select
the theme you are trying to remove and select delete.

HI:
trying to remove a theme I downloaded to my computer. It has graphics and
sound.
It is listed in display. It is not in the add remove programs file.
How can I delete it?
