Your boot disk lacks the file(s):
   format.com  or  sys.com   or both.  These files must be on your boot disk
   in order to carry out the above command(s).

You need a complete boot disk in order to complete most of the basic
functions in DOS to prepare a PC for formatting and installing an operating
system.  You can download bootdisk IMAGE files from our web site that
will create complete boot disks for your operating system at:
