An awful lot of Socket 7 motherboards claim(ed) support for 75-200
MHz. What this actually means is that they support bus speeds of 50,
60, and 66 MHz, and CPU multipliers of 1.5x, 2.0x, 2.5x and 3.0.
A 233MHz chip wants a bus speed of 66MHz (supported) and a multiplier
of 3.5x (oops...). Generally, a 233 chip is going to interpret the
1.5x setting on the board as 3.5x, but an older BIOS won't know this,
and so may report the processor incorrectly.
