This file is the bus mastering driver that is normally extracted to the
Piixide directory  when you run the bus mastering setup program.  You will
need to install these drivers and the TX patch if you wish to get the best
performance  from your TX board,  and enable the Ultra- DMA capabilities of
the controller.
