Hi,

I had a similiar problem in a Dell running Norton A/V 2000.
Configuration was wrong in A/V but took awhile to find because it would
run fine all day and need a re-boot in morning. Best thing to do is go
into MSConfig (Start, Run, msconfig, enter) and only have bare minimum
programs run at startup & watch resources. If fine, add a few at a time
until trouble reappears. Then eliminate one at a time. Good luck!
