Hi,
If you can manage to enter the Bios, (sorry, I have no idea how to enter the
bios of this one, maybe someone can help me out here?) have a look through
to see if there may be anything in there which relates to sleep mode and
disable it. don't alter anything else, and if you can find what you're
looking for, save and exit.
Another thing to try if that doesn't work, is to enter the bios and reset
everything to set up defaults. This may or may not work.
(My guess is that it has probably been altered from within windows unless
anyone has been altering the bios.)
If there is still no joy after that, count the beeps (if they still occur)
and re-post. Someone here is bound to have knowledge of this particular
system and its bios.
