Good day

I need some help please.

I am unable to create new folder on my USB drive.
Before it worked good.

The drive works just fine opening, reading and writing  vis-versa.

I have scanned for virus and spywere and cleaned the drive.

Getting no result, I have even reformatted but still it refuse to create or 
import new folder.

OS is Windows XP 2nd edition.
