I have a Viewsonic PS775 monitor which has 1 to 4 USB ports on the base but
they have quit responding. I tried my mouse directly to the motherboard and
it works okay. I tried another USB cable which works to the monitor but it
didn't solve the problem. Does anyone know if this is a hardware problem or
software problem? How go about trrouble shooting the ports
