If you would be so kind as to supply the list with a few more details
about your computer operating system, we would be glad to help you.

Sounds like maybe windows 9X and the drive was partitioned FAT 16
and won't support larger than 2.0gig partition size.
I believe you need window 95B or higher to have support for large partitions
(FAT32)
