I did (I work for computer company - not PC company). if you bought those
bits from us,  we will replace them all without any question. then, we will
deal those burnt CPUs with our suppliers (who sold those bad case/mobo to
us). It is clearly the vendor (and the vendor of vendor) is responsible for
this kind of problem, so talk to your vendor.
