Hi Hugh,

The ISO image would have to be created as a bootable image, I don't know of
any way to change the ISO image once it has been created. FYI, the bootable
CD specification is called "El Torito" (not kidding).

If the ISO image is truly supposed to be bootable, then it should work,
unless your computer just isn't recognizing it. Do you have a bootable
Windows CD you can try to make sure your system can boot from CD? Can the
fedora CD be read normally once you have it booted into Windows?
