John,
You can only open this in Outlook, if your Email client is anything else, go to this site http://www.biblet.com<http://www.biblet.com/>
and download the WMDecode program. It is about halfway down the page.
HTH,
Hal Seabolt

  Subject: [PCBUILD] Application Not Found

I have received an email together with an attachment.

When I double click the attachment, then click open a message appears
  "Application Not Found"

At the foot of the attachment there is a note "WinMail.dat----4KB"

How can I open this attachment, please ?
