Hi.
How are lan cables from PC to hub? (How should RJ45 connectors attached?)

(a) preserves pin 1, but (b) seems more symmetrical.

Perhaps it is irrelevant, depending on code transmitted.

  Starting point:        (-1)^(-1) = -1
  Applying logarithms: (-1)*ln(-1) = ln(-1)
  Since ln(-1) <> 0, dividing:  -1 = 1     (ln(-1) is complex, but exists)
