That CD Rom drive uses a proprietory Panasonic/MKE interface.   You
will need an older sound card that supports this interface or the
proprietory interface card that was originally shipped with the
drive, (which probably was a sound card).   I believe this is a 2X drive...

Just as a note:  This drive is probably nearing the end of it's
effective usablity.   If you are forced to buy a sound card to
support it, you would do better to just buy a low end IDE
CD rom drive.  There are still some 8X & 12X drives around
that can be purchased for under $25.
