  I've seen a PCI card that provides two USB connectors.

  [Unless the motherboard BIOS knows (correctly...) about USB, you may
need a "regular" keyboard plugged in to boot, even if you also have a
USB keyboard.  I doubt that an add-on board can, on its own, "fix"
this.]
