Seems like you'd have to go to the web site of the manufacturers of the cards you're interested in to get specs, or you could do google searches for each card to see what turns up.  As for the motherboard, same thing. I did a google search for motherboards once and got a web site that lists most of them along with specs.  I didn't keep the URL, but I typed in something like "slot 1 motherboards" (no quotes).
