you can avoid change of CD drives letter, only when you set up your windows
9x machine, right after windows installation, assign CD drives to some "big"
letters, eg drive M. win2k and NT can assign drive letter freely (only
limitation is you can't re-assign C: drive). another reason why win2k is
better.
