Hi,
   I have used Netmeeting to talk with other person on the Net. The
person I talked to said that voice was of very poor quality, but I can
hear him very clearly. He said that I should use PCI sound card instead
of ISA one. Is this the problem. If this is true, do PCI sound card have
conflicts with PCI video card?
   Any suggestion is welcome.
