I have just installed a USRobotics Sportster Voice 56K on my PC. It replaced
a predecessor- a USRobotics Sportster Voice 33.6.

My problem: When I dial into my ISP, the modem hangs up on the second ring,
giving an error message that the line is busy. I have tried all permutations
and combinations in the Dial-up Networking and modem preferences. No change.

This did not happen with the previous modem.

Any solutions?
