As far as I know, XP SP1 should have all drivers needed for USB2 chips. Try
change PCI slot for the USB card. also, check what's the chip on it, you can
use the old fasion way to install driver. No CD should be needed at all.

Subject: [PCBUILD] USB 2.0

XP Pro operating system with all available updates installed including SP-1
patch. Card is plug and play, have driver CD and supposed to be compatible
with XP.
I removed the add on 1.1 card. Installed the 2.0 PCI card. Turned the puter
on, windows recogizes the card, can't find drivers, asks for CD. Then will
not take the drivers and therefore will not let me install card.
