To me it appears that you have not got the complete details. If as your "header" suggests you are looking for " motherboard specification" then the details given by you are incorrect/not enough.

If you are looking for (Dell/Acer) computer specs. then also  the same comments apply.

That is why you are not able to find the info. at either DELL or ACER websites.

I would suggest you get the correct model/manufacturer details and retry.
