I had the same problem and had to find the solution on my own.  I also
had the same problem trying to communicate the fix back to Roadrunner
Tech Support.  They didn't seem too interested in my fix, just that the
problem had gone away.  I wonder how many people out there will have
this problem and will be unable to find the solution.  It's kinda
frightening.
