Tom -- I have this board installed in my PIII 500 with the Intel's 440BX
AGP.  I have enjoyed the performance of this system.  I understand that Asus
has another mobo (P3B-F that has the same chipset) released shortly after my
system was custom built.  You may want to surf their web site at
http://www.asus.com for additional details about their products.  HTH. :-)
