I'm assuming that you mean you can't see the partition? If that is the case,
try deleting the partition with DELPART.EXE

You don't have to use it from within windows either, I've discovered that if
you use a windows boot disk to start the computer up, then swap floppies and
then run the fdisk command, it works!
