Jason,
According to what i see, you probably have multiple hard drives
installed. And your system BIOS is detecting that both drives are masters
with an Operating System on both hard drives. If you're a novice, open up
your computer and always make sure you're grounded some how. Now usually,
the hard drive on the bottom is the one you want to pull out the IDE cable
from. After pulling it out, try booting the computer, does it work? If so,
all you need to do is reconfigure the second hard drive to be a non master
boot record. I would try first at the BIOS settings. Hope this helped!.

Regards,
Michael
