PC partner doesn't have very good quality, record by my knowledge.

MSI is general a good mobo, this mode 6156 is fast and reliable, I don't
have anything to against it. the onboard sound is creative vibra 128, a
good basic sound with 3D sound support.

SB 128 PCI is better.

They are both good modems.

ATI is a average video card, nothing wrong, but not on top either.
