I downloaded this program and ran it on my network, 10/100, and got
a speed of 93.023 Mbps between my client and the server.  Then I checked
the other four clients on the network and they all averaged some where
between 85 & 90 Mbps.

You may need to check your network cards, setting them to Full Duplex,
then check your cabling and other devices on your network.
