  I typed "+opti +930 +driver*" into Alta Vista and got 157 hits.  A
lot were messages from others seeking drivers, but hit #19:

contains a link "Click here to download an updated driver for Win
95."  That points to

http://www.funpc.com/support/hard/sound/opti-930.exe

which should be what you need.
