Stephen,

Thanks for replying.  There is no firewall with my Norton System
Works Pro 2003.     When the computer was new about 16 months ago, it
came with the Norton Internet Security which drove me mad with all
the things it blocked.   I uninstalled the NISecurity and installed
Zone Alarm Pro.   All has worked well for the 16 month.
