    Yes and yes. Usually most of the actual screws ground the board, you can
tell which ones should be isolated from the case, each hole with alot of
metal tracing around it is meant as a grounding point. On the other hand,
holes with the tracing covered shouldn't have metal standoffs. The power
connections also ground the board. You can theoretically run a board without
any of those screws grounding the board, however it will be more stable with
them. I hope this made sense. TTYL
