  I don't know of one that has two internal sets of CD-audio jacks.

  There is, however, usually an external "line in" jack, and you may
be able to connect the second drive that way, either from its
headphone jack, or (better) from its audio jack, out through some
convenient hole and into the sound card, using a CD-audio cable with
the sound card end replaced by a stereo mini-plug.  [As soldering
jobs go, this one should be fairly simple.]
