If the CD-RW is on the same channel as the hard drive, it most
likely is already set as a SLAVE. If you move it to the second
channel, by itself, you must set it as MASTER. However, the
message you are getting may mean something else. Do you have a
CDROM reader, in addition to the CD-RW? If so, are they on the
same channel (same cable)?
In any event, if your CD-RW has the Burn-Proof feature, you can
ignore the message. Just make sure that Burn-Proof is enabled in
your burning software.
