Hope this message is not too late. If you want, you CAN gain access to
your win 2k system . In my opinion it will be easier and less time
consuming to do this than to install win 98. To do so you will have
download a boot disk image from the following site:

http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

This is a Linux  boot disk, but it has a simple menu driven interface so
you should have no problems with it even if your unfamiliar with Linux.
You can use it to blank the win2k admin password and gain access to your
system.
