Dear Michele:

The job is serious but you are more than up to the task if you take your
time. You need a BIOS flash utility program, format a: /s floppy disk and
the BIOS update you've already downloaded. Be sure to read 'how to flash a
BIOS' from any number of sources over the web. The motherboard support site
is often the best place to download the flash utility and instructions as
well. Make sure you don't shut down the computer or loose power while you
are flashing the BIOS.

If after careful work, you have problems and you have a removable BIOS EEPROM
chip email Jan @ [log in to unmask] His personal webpage can be found
at
URL: http://web.inter.nl.net/hcc/J.Steunebrink/Index.htm. He will flash
your chip for a song; his charges little more than cover the postage.

Regards,
Mike Scott
