I do not have a mixer......when I click on sndvol32.exe the hour
glass
just shows for about 1-2 seconds and nothing happens....can't
turn it on
in Multimedia either, it is greyed out.

This is the panel I need.....the volume control.

I have reinstalled sndvol32.exe and win 98 ...still isn't there.
Any ideas??
