I just purchased a new AT case with 235 V power
supply.  The case is great, but the power supply
emanates a noise similar to a jet engine.  I've
looked all over for power supply distributors on the
web and can't find any suppliers of power supplies
w/o cases.

1)  What specification will let me know if power
supply will be quiet?
2)  I've heard Kings Pao power supplies are quieter
than most.  Has anyone else heard of this brand?
3)  Any good power supply manufacturer/vendors
recommendations?
