Wait, if the Vcore was truly too high, the PC would crash, usually lock up
repeatedly.

Warning, don't lower the Vcore too much, because if you do, the following symptoms probably are going to occur:

1. Windows crashes with BSODs.

2. File corrupted error messages.

3. Games emit error messages and terminate.
