A "LapLink Parallel Cable" is a fairly standard item at
computer/electronics "superstores", and will also work with DCC.

My preferred method is to temporarily connect the old HD to the new
system as a slave or secondary drive, and use Partition Magic or
xcopy to move data from one drive to the other. No solution comes
close on speed or price, although you might not try this if you're
not comfortable opening up both machines.
