If you can wipe out your drive and install just the OS without the bells and
whistles you'll notice an improvement. make sure you all the drivers you'll
need before you do this. A fast hard drive from Western Digital or Seagate
will also give you a boost. You might want to consider setting the jumpers to
run the 120 as a 133. This last tip of course is at your own risk.
