This seems to be a system level question so posting here, and I've searched archives and Microsoft with no success.  I installed PGP some time ago, then removed it.  Nonetheless, on both my XP-Home and 98SE systems, right clicking on the start button includes the PGP options, e.g., "Wipe."  I'm guess the secret to removing this is at a registry level, but have been unable to find anything when I searched the registry for PGP, etc.  If that's not it, any free tools to remove these unused relics.
