If that motherboard has the multiplier stated as CPU clock speed instead of
a "times" multiplier, they're probably quite vague and inexact.  For
instance, if you're willing to be inexact about it, a 400MHz clock setting
could be achieved by a 100MHz bus speed with a multiplier of 4; 83MHz bus
with multiplier of 5; or 75MHz bus with multiplier of 5.5.  You probably
have none other to thank for that inexactitude than Intel itself.  After
all, a DX4/100 was not a 100MHz clock-speed internal CPU, it was 99MHz and
it was not four times bus speed, but three times--clock trippled rather than
quadrupled.  Oh, well, they have to make it interesting, right?
