John,
Just go back to the web site and all of the information is there. http://www.biblet.freeserve.co.uk/<http://www.biblet.freeserve.co.uk/>
Since I use Outlook, I have not used this but once, so would have to read up on it myself. However, complete instructions are at: http://www.biblet.freeserve.co.uk/User%20Guide_files/frame.htm<http://wwwbiblet.freeserve.co.uk/User%20Guide_files/frame.htm>
The download is a ZIP file so you will have to have a program on your machine to unzip it. If you do not
there are many free utilities on the web. Since you say you are not too experienced with the computer
I suggest you feel free to contact me as necessary for help. As I am an old retired curmudgeon, I have plenty of time on my hands, and maybe we can make you a happy knowledgeable user.
Best of luck,
Hal Seabolt

  Dear Hal,

I received your email and have downloaded the WMDecode programme, however,
  what do I do next?

I am not very computer literate, so please explain this to me in
  kindergarten language.

  John,
You can only open this in Outlook, if your Email client is anything else,
  go to this site http://www.biblet.com<http://www.biblet.com/<http://www.biblet.com<http://www.biblet.com/>>
and download the WMDecode program. It is about halfway down the page.
  HTH,
  Hal Seabolt

I have received an email together with an attachment.

When I double click the attachment, then click open a message appears
    "Application Not Found"

At the foot of the attachment there is a note "WinMail.dat----4KB"

How can I open this attachment, please ?
