Yes but the most it will be able to achieve is ULTRA 33 speeds.

In order to run at ULTRA 66 three things must be present.

Your controller must support Ultra 66.
You must use the special 80 wire ribbon cable to connect the controller to
the drive. The blue end is connected to the motherboard.
You must load the ULTRA 66 drivers for the operating system you are running.
