Hi,All
I have just exchanged my old 32MB SDRAM in my ABIT PX5(TX Chipset)
for a new LGS PC100 64MB memory. After I put the DIMM into my mb, I set
the Bus speed to 83Mhz(3*83Mhz). The Computer failed in loading Windows
95, but with my old PC66 memory it started OK. Even I set Bus speed to
75Mhz, the computer sometimes locked up, and this is the speed I used
before I purchased the new memory. Is PC100 memory not compatible with
TX mb, or the new memory is to be blame? Has anyone any such experience?
