Venkat,
Several people have had a problem with this, (it works on 6 98SE machines
I have installed it on). I tried the below batch and it seems o.k. on my bench machine.
Please try this command instead C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE user, exitwindows

  Harold Seabolt's post:-(clipped)

  <<< For win98/ME

Right click a blank spot on desktop
  Click [new] [shortcut]
In the command line type [C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32 SHELL32.DLL,SHExitWindowsEx 8]>>>

after creating the short cut when i "double click" on it the system shuts down but immediately reboots?

any input will be appreciated. good day ---Venkat
